JADeDISCOVERY

Jade Gonzalez is an eDiscovery Project Manager. She spends her days managing complex litigation matters across the discovery lifecycle. Her interests include legal technology, AI-enabled workflows, process improvement, and finding practical solutions to complex discovery challenges.

She holds a Master of Political Management from George Washington University and is a Relativity Scholars alumna, mentor, Women in eDiscovery member, and employee resource group leader.

Outside of eDiscovery, Jade is active in Zeta Tau Alpha, the Junior League of Atlanta, and Atlanta’s animal welfare community. Across her work and service, she is passionate about bringing people together, solving problems, and leaving the communities she is part of stronger than she found them.

With a quick wit, a lot of energy, and a genuine love for the people behind the technology, Jade’s long-term goal is to make eDiscovery feel more approachable and digestible. Whether she’s breaking down a complicated workflow, sharing what she’s learning in her blog, or helping someone find their way into the industry, she wants to bring anyone who’s curious about eDiscovery along with her.

One of the Relativity Scholars Jade mentored once dubbed her “The People Person of eDiscovery,” a phrase that has since become a pretty fitting description of how she approaches the industry and, now, takes shape through this website: a place to share what she knows, what she’s learning, and the people and ideas making eDiscovery worth talking about.
